Ok, "van-halen" style tapping as you call it is not two handed tapping, thats just plain tapping. Although i have not checked out his work, i assume that jordan guy is someone who uses two-handed tapping, also known as touch style. There are quite a few people around who use that style, as for virtuosity, besides being a matter of opinion, there are many very skilled two-handed tapping players such as Adam Fulara. Also your missing out Joe Satriani who is probably the most widely known artist to take advantage of two handed tapping.
