It seems to me that this person didn't have any real idea of the theory. A Db is NOT a Major Third in the context of a chord starting on A. It may be sonically but it's not that way theoretically. Db is a diminished fourth not a major third. Which makes all those chords A Diminished 4 not A Major. I might change them myself. Before I do someone is welcome to argue this point.
