Hi folks. I think this would be great as a one-stop shop for general relativity info. There are actually a fair number of resources online for GR, but they're scattered and sometimes hard to find. In the textbook I'd like there to be a fairly good solid online/offline bibliography to help folks find those resources.

As for the text itself, I'm still sketching out an outline that might work. There's the obvious stuff, both mathematical - parallel transport, tensors, etc. - and physical - Einstein and Ricci tensors, etc. - but how much detail do you think is appropriate? I don't want to go the way of Misner, Thorne, and Wheeler's famous tome, but nor do I want to be as sketchy as many of the online intros are. Suggestions warmly welcomed.
