Is the link to the Dr. Hoffman site needed? I think at most it can be in a reference tag, not linked blatantly and disruptively in the body of the text. Besides, this is common information, so I don't know that it really needs attribution.

[edit] external site contradicts

The link to the external site says one should close off one nostril when expelling water from the nose while the wikipedia article says it is not to be done.


Also... the repeated use of the word isotonic regarding saline solution seems wrong. Probably isosmotic was intended.
