I'm sorry, but what this person has posted is so indescribably irresponsible-- can any kind of note be added to reflect my informed opinion about it? This comment, especially, made me furious: "This drug is awesome if you need an extra push to get ahead." Or maybe "just when I really need that extra boost" is even worse, if possible!! However, I could not wish anything worse on this remarkably foolish person than what he will experience if he keeps this up. This drug is NOT for a casual experimenter to play around with!! It is only appropriate for people like me, who have been diagnosed with Adult ADD by a licensed psychiatrist and who have been prescribed Focalin under his supervision. For me, it's a miracle, precisely because I do NOT experience the high, the speediness, and the crash described here. It gives me a functional brain, and that's it. Descriptions like this can lead laypeople to believe that us ADD and ADHD folks have found some kind of crafty way to get speed by prescription so we can all get high, but that is not the case at all. We DON'T experience it the way people with normal brains do! I would really like to see some information on Wiki that reflects our reality and the *medical* reality of atypical vs. normal reaction to psychostimulants.

Thanks for your time, Wiki editors, and all the good work that you do...
