I am new to Wikibooks. I am impressed with the content. However, reading this article I am confused about the use of capital letters. It seems that many phrases like wise mind, core mindfulness skills etc have been given a capital letter. They are not proper nouns and they are not capitalised in the textbook that is the reference for this Wikibook. --Vincej 10:01, 29 September 2006 (UTC)
