This sort of discussion of general website creation etc. does not belong in a book about genealogy. Put it in some book about HTML and hosting and whatever, and link to it from here. Not only does it not belong here, but lots of this information is quite wrong and/or out of date. How many people are actually going to hand-code family websites these days?! A discussion of the various CMSs around that are suitable for genealogical research would be useful, but not this! Sorry if I'm harsh, but I'd love to see this book grow into something that one could recommend to the hordes of 60-something grandmothers who are wanting to 'do their family history'.  :-)
