The TC (and eventually the text) of this chapter was originally drafted by Rosemary Sutton of Cleveland State University, not by Kelvin Seifert. At the time of this posting, Sutton was not a registered user of Wikibooks or Wikipedia. Klseifert 19:45, 7 August 2007 (UTC)

Most of this chapter has been posted, but there still remains about 1/4 of it to do. Sutton's way of organizing the material differs from Klseifert's, and that is causing a few problems in keeping its format consistent with the other chapters. Hopefully it will be OK. ...except that there is an anomaly regarding one of the sections, because I accidentally forgot to capitalize the "M" in "Teacher-Made" when linking to/from it. I think the links all still work, however. Tables and figures needed! KelvinLeeSeifert 16:26, 30 August 2007 (UTC)
