On enhancers

Some work will have to be done to make this contribution more sensible and clearer. I will do the work. I will help in improving grammar and at the same time help in making an expansion on the point you have raised. Enhancers are sequence elements that activate transcriptions from many, may be, thousands of base pairs up or down the stream. They, in fact, are classically known to exert preferential stimulation of the closest bitendem promoters.
