Would someone mind making some screenshots?
The Game Engine is an interesting feature of Blender. The Game Engine is basically a 3D enviornment in which 3D objects move around and react to each other upon contact. -You can do that without using the game engine, the game engine allows people to interact witht the 3d environment in realtime, not for the 3d environment to react with itself(although it does that to)
The Game Engine is most easily applied to 3D architectural tours.
-while this is true, the statement is misleading, the game engine is MEANT for making games.
When it talks about vertex painting, it does not explain how to apply it to the stuff so when you press play it shows up... This needs to be fixed.
-BALL goes through the hill not down the hill...
-The isosphere goes through the hill thus making the rest of the next(and the next next page) page undoable cause gravity is broken...
[edit] subsurf not working ingame
I added a subsurf modifier of 3 for the hill but when I press PKEY I see the hill without subsurf and the ball doesnt roll when lying on the top face.--5o (talk) 17:33, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
Oct25/08 Rigid Body and Dynamic options are not both available in 2.48 therefore sphere falls through - any fix or what am i missing (i successfully did this tutorial in a previous version)
Nov06/08 You have to apply the subsurf in order for it to work in in the game mode.
