In this section, you will learn how writing is, in a sense, a form of conversation. On the one hand, writing is a conversation with yourself as much as it is a conversation with a stated audience. In the process of creating a piece of writing, you will hopefully challenge your own assumptions so that your own argument can challenge the assumptions of your readers.
