  • Title: A Phase III Randomized Study of Hypofractionated 3D-CRT/IMRT Versus Conventionally Fractionated 3D-CRT/IMRT in Patients With Favorable-Risk Prostate Cancer
  • Objective: Compare the disease-free survival (DFS) of patients with favorable-risk stage II prostate cancer treated with hypofractionated vs conventionally fractionated three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT) or intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT).
  • Protocol:
    • Arm 1: 73.8 Gy in 41 fractions
    • Arm 2: 70 Gy in 28 fractions
  • Eligibility:
    • T1-2c N0 M0, Gleason 2-6, PSA < 10
  • Enrollment Target: 1067 patients
