The ROSA Manual is intended to be a user's guide for the purposes of installing, configuring and viewing a RCA (Resource Consumption Accounting) Open Source Application Model.

This "how-to" manual for the RCA Model uses an open source business intelligence application from Jedox AG, called Palo BI Suite. From this open source software, Alta Via Consulting, LLC. developed the ROSA Model and this ROSA Manual to assist all RCA Open Source users.
