You cannot set a time limit for quiz taker to complete a question within the question set up, however you can time limit the whole quiz as part of the Properties set up.

If you need to time limit some questions but not others or need different time restrictions to apply you can set time limits for sections within the quiz (Professional version only) and place the questions within different sections.
