Question Mark.jpg How can I install my Question Writer 3 License?

Many users decide to buy Question Writer 3 after experimenting with a free trial version. The downloaded trial version is exactly the same as the full version, but will expire after 30 days if a license isn’t purchased. When the license is purchased you can continue using the same downloaded software – assuming that the license is for the same version that you have been trialling (Standard or Professional). You do not need a license for the Basic Version.

When you purchase Question Writer 3 your license will be emailed to you, usually within 1 working day of your purchase. If your license has not arrived within a reasonable period, first check your spam. Many email servers will not recognise the email containing the license as valid mail. If you are sure that you have not received your License get in touch with Question Writer 3 by emailing support@questionwriter.com.

When your email arrives you should download the license and when prompted choose to save it to a known location on your hard drive eg you can create a QW3 folder.

Occasionally the license file sent to you will get corrupted in the mail system and you might see an error message. If this happens get in touch with us and we will send your license again, usually in a zipped file. See Why do I get an error message when I try to activate my License?
