Week is called ਹਫਤਾ in Punjabi. Following are the Punjabi names of the days of week.

1. ਐਤਵਾਰ = Sunday
2. ਸੋਮਵਾਰ = Monday
3. ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ = Tuseday
4. ਬੁਧਵਾਰ = Wednesday
5. ਵੀਰਵਾਰ = Thursday
6. ਸ਼ੁਕਰਵਾਰ = Friday
7. ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ = Saturday

ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ is sometimes written or spoken as ਸ਼ਨਿਚਰਵਾਰ.

1. ਅੱਜ = Today
2. ਕਲ = Yesterday
3. ਭਲ਼ਕੇ = Tomorrow (ਕਲ is also used to mean tomorrow)
4. ਪਰਸੋਂ = A day after tomorrow (also used for the day before yesterday)
5. ਇਸ ਹਫਤੇ = This week (ਇਸ = This)
6. ਅਗਲੇ ਹਫਤੇ = Next week (ਅਗਲੇ = Next)
7. ਪਿਛਲੇ ਹਫਤੇ = Last week (ਪਿਛਲੇ = Last)
