1. ਰੋਟੀ(ਫੁਲਕਾ or ਚਪਾਤੀ) = Flattened pan cake (cooked in tandoor, a special oven or a flat pan)
2. ਪਰਾਂਠਾ = A special ਰੋਟੀ cooked with ghee (clarified butter) and usually stuffed
3. ਨਾਨ =
4. ਦਾਲ਼ = A dish made from pulses specially lentils.
5. ਸਬਜੀ = Vegetable (also a vegetable dish)
6. ਸਾਗ = A dish made from the mustard stems.
