This line is also called the Fantasy variation. It has been used by Alexander Morozevich, the 2nd ranked player in the world (July 2008), with success. It leads to original position or can transpose into a mainline french(eco=c11) with the moves: 1 e4 c6 2 d4 d5 3 f3 e6 4 Nc3 Nf6 5 e5 Nfd7 6 f4 c5. The move order has added one move to each side.
