- Decide on 3 different plans to present to the employees.
- All will be acceptable to the CEO and his goal/vision.
- Involve employee input and vote for better "buy in".

- Determine specific groups or teams needs for their type of job.
- More privacy for New Business Ventures group
- Quieter areas for the GeoData group for better concentration.
- Engineers need room for some documentation.

- Use universal furniture and partitions. (modular)
- Provide private space that can be reserved.
- Executives can have private space, but smaller and with different extras.
- ie. no windows, but have white boards etc.
- Ensure that the CEO’s vision is fulfilled with the new designs
- Lower cost space.
- Space that supports collaborative work.
- CEO needs to be involved with employee input and the design process.
- Fritz needs to “sell” his new vision.

- Set up 3 mock-ups of the different designs.
- Get employees vote and last feedback.
- Place private areas away from potentially noisy open areas.
- Configure the different areas according to group needs.
