OMS warriors need to be very aware of their sodium intake while on medications. Processed foods and fast foods need to be given in minimal amounts to avoid Cushings Syndrome where the child puffs up from water retention. Typically, most OMS warriors are going to have supplements to help them. Multivitamin, Calcium, vitamin D.
