  • Description of the content; What do you see here? Please also use a descriptive and concise destination filename without special characters (e.g. Population_estimate_for_United_States_2007.jpg, How_to_build_a_bird_house_step2.gif).
  • Source like a web link, catalog number, book source or any other kind of reference. Use a statement like "own work" or similar, if you created this yourself.
  • Author(s) of the file or the name of the institution, organization or company which released it. Use your real name linked to your username in cases of self-made works.
  • Date of creation, or if the former is unknown the date of release or publication, preferably in ISO 8601 format, such as "2006-01-15" for 15 January 2006.
  • Permission - Quote any legal disclaimer or other general permissions statement included with the work, or in the case of a general permission (e.g. US Public Domain or a website releasing its content under a free license) supply a link to it. Omit if you are the author.
  • optionally: other_versions of this work available within Wikibooks (for example a black and white version of a color image). Can be left out if there are no other versions. Use this field to link to these versions with a wiki link.
