Name content item like this: Mambo Open Source/Name of item.
[edit] Include the chapter list
Add {{MAMBOTOC_SMALL}} to the top of every chapter of the book. This outputs the small table of contents, called chapters, and is needed for proper navigation in the book. This will also place pages in the Mambo Open Source category.
