Animation is easy, draw something, convert it to a symbol, go to a keyframe, move the symbol, and create a motion tween.

To add a sound, import a sound,and put it in a keyframe.
[edit] Clock
To build a clock, first create a layer for the clock face. Draw or import a clock face for the clock. Create a layer for each hand. Draw the hands and convert them to movie clips on each layer. Next create an actions layer. Program the actions to make the clock work. Create a second frame for the face and hands layers, create a keyframe in the actions layer and program it to go to and play frame 1. Export the movie as SWF.
[edit] Drag and Drop
To create a drag and drop, create a movie clip. Then edit the movie clip, convert that to a button. Program it to start drag on press, stop drag on release. Export as SWF.
