There are a number of areas (health, relationships, service, personal finance) that are not taught as part of the regular curriculum in schools. The purpose of this book is to educate people with solutions in these areas.

  • Incorporate Anti Inflammatory foods (Ginger, Turmeric, Broccoli) into your diet
  • Drink Water and Take Vitamins
  • Read Ingredients and choose whole wheat bread

  • Stretch your body through Yoga postures or other stretching exercises

  • Pay up all your debt (including credit cards, mortgage)
  • Invest in yourself (Max out your 401k, IRA etc)
  • Practice being Frugal while supporting your charitable causes.
  • Start Early in Saving for College for your kids (529 Plan, Coverdell ESA)
  • Invest in Index Funds or ETFs.
