Kinyarwanda/Adjectives

Kinyarwanda language has less than twenty adjectives. This means that in some cases, Kinyarwanda lacks adjectives to qualify nouns. At this time, it makes them from other nouns. In translating a text expreesed by adjectives in other languages is rendered, for example, by either the possessive construction (X of Y) or by the relative clause construction.

e.g. 'a stupid boy' : umuhungu w'igicucu
