This chapter is titled "Three White Rabbits". At the beginning of this chapter, Thunder Quaker would elaborate his skills and determination to bring Ji Chang through the five mountain passes by smashing a neighboring mountain peak with his rod; an action that would send General Lei and Yin scattering for their lives. Soon enough, Thunder Quaker would place Ji Chang atop his back and transport him to the top of the Golden Rooster Mountain. At this moment, Thunder Quaker would head back to Mount South End. Ji Chang would find a small inn on his way back to Phoenix City. The inn keeper, Shen Jie would feed the starving Ji Chang and escort him to Pheonix City with open arms. Following the long awaited return of Ji Chang, a great level of celebration would commence. During the time of his return, Easy Life would comply to Ji Chang that to rebel against the evil tyrant King Zhou would be the best course of action. Ji Chang however would continuously retort against such a conclusion with his great expression of loyalty to the Shang Dynasty -- no matter how corrupted it may be.
Once Ji Chang was reunited with his other sons, tears began to fall from his face due to the death of his second son Bo Yi Kao. After being placed into his room and allowed to rest, Ji Chang would suddenly exert three white rabbits from his stomach; three rabbits that were supposedly made from Bo Yi Kao's flesh and were never digested in Ji Chang's stomach. When Ji Chang presented himself before his many loyal officials, it would be decided that Ji Chang would run Pheonix City with his ultimate potential. The first planned production would be the Inspiration Belvadere that would assist Ji Chang in his divination and analyzation of the stars. The people of Pheonix City would gladly create this belvadere even for free, due to their immense love for Ji Chang. Thus at the very end of this chapter, Ji Chang would devote himself and his people to the teaching of the Five Cardinal Human Relationships, and the Three Principles of Social Order as King Wen.
