Meters with distinct Greenland franks were first used in the late 1960s. Before then meters used in Greenland had DENMARK franks. Some Denmark franks continued to be used into the 1970s. All stamps are inscribed “GRØNLAND”.
The stamps are grouped according to inscription:
A - with crown, KGL. POST, and ØRE
B - with KALAALLIT NUNAAT, POST, and OORIT
NOTE: Catalog values are not provided for Greenland because little supply and demand data exists.
