What is iRule?

IRule is an app for the iPhone/iPad - from now on iPad and iPhone will be used interchangeably. The iRule App is free of charge and may be downloaded from the Apple App Store. Because everyone has different needs and desires, the interface used by the app is customizable and must be designed by the user before it can be used to control any device. Don't worry. This guide will take you step by step on the path to creating your iRule interface. The interface is designed online with an application called iRule Builder and is accessible at the iRule website, www.iruleathome.com. Pictured below is a sample interface that may be used to control a Blu-ray player in a home theater.
