Lhermitte-Duclos disease (LDD):
- associated with Cowden syndrome.
- dysplastic gangliocytoma (hamartoma) of the cerebellum.
- sporadic, familial.
- PTEN mutations.
- all patients with LDD should be counselled as in Cowden syndrome.
