  • Making you return to the game at a specific game to obtain certain benefits
  • Multiplayer implementation
Friends might persuade others to play
  • Levelling up system that gives people something to work for
  • Creativity
  • Addictive catchy/iconic/repetitive music
  • Having collectables to find
  • Nice smooth animations
  • "Make your own level"
  • If the game has an ending, allow them to still free roam and explore
  • Non-depressing, bright and colourful
  • Doesn't require much effort to play
  • Uncrackable that can be obtained once per month
  • Backwards comparability - working on a variety of platforms to allow everyone to play, no one is left out
