Digital Gates[edit]

a digital gate is a Digital Device used to perform a logic operation on the input(s) to produce an equivalent logic result in the output. The output produced from the inputs are listed in a table called a Truth table. The relation between output and inputs can also be represented by a mathematical equation.

Basic Digital Gates[edit]

There are 5 basic digital logic gates used to perform logic operations namely Buffer, NOT (Inverter), AND Gate, OR Gate, XOR Gate
