[edit] Introduction

This Wikibook is meant to be a supplementary text for groups using On Conflict and Consensus, by C.T. Butler and Amy Rothstein, to develop their consensus and facilitation skills. We will suggest a series of agendas, discussion questions and exercises that may help groups explore the concepts of Formal Consensus effectively, and draw in material from other sources to round out the description of consensus process presented by Butler & Rothstein.

On Conflict and Consensus is freely available at http://www.consensus.net/
