Summary

Description Hairy Bikers recipe with 900g of beef and 400ml of ale yields about four 7 inch cases of pies, but the amount of dough is up for debate as I used shortcrust for a base and puff for the lid. 325g of puff was I just about enough for three lids, 325g of shortcrust was enough for two bases.
