العربية: قنينةٌ من البلاستيك أُغلقَت فارغةُ على ارتفاع 2000 متر، حيث يكون ضغط الهواء قليلًا فتمتلئُ القنّينة بقدر ضئيل من ذرات الهواء، وتُرى وقد أصابها الضمور عند عودتها إلى سطح البحر وذلك لزيادةِ الضغط الجوي المحيط بالقنينة عن الضغط الداخلي بها.
