This book was started by Anthony Morris, known as User:Murauĉeko here and as Anton Mravcek in the English, Slovene and Swedish Wikipedias.
The input of other Esperanto enthusiasts, regardless of their level of proficiency, is quite welcome, but they had better edit with a username.
