This soup should be named zupa ogórkowa (small-caps, unless the names of the meals are written in such way in English ;]).

Yes, for an article heading we would indeed capitalize this in English, just like Chicken Noodle (rosol z kury), or Tomato (pomidorowa), soup. Yuk, yogurt in Zupa Ogorkowa, even sour cream is rarely, rarely added. Next some "chef", will suggest adding catsup, (optionally of course).Dr. Dan 01:45, 3 June 2006 (UTC)

Rice anyone? Had Zupa ogórkowa, in a nice Polish restaurant in Chicago, recently. Instead of potatoes, they used rice. I like the potato variety better, but the rice version wasn't all that bad. Dr. Dan 22:43, 18 June 2006 (UTC)
