Wiejska is in Polish a singular, feminine adjective. When trying to specify the name of this meal you should use also kiełbasa word to avoid confusion. We may say that wiejska describes something but we don't know what until we point on kiełbasa!

So, the proper, full name of this meal is kiełbasa wiejska — this also should be reflected in the names of articles considering this matter and in a way that meal is referred to.
