Eh, OK. I guess I can see that somebody might think "hard" means like a coconut shell. Maybe "as hard as a lemon" would be better? Tomatos should be kept somewhat cool in storage. Intense cooking heat was covered by the following sentence; I don't imagine that anyone would be tempted to use intense heat for storage. BTW, given your comments on my talk page against changing spelling, I find it interesting that you changed the spelling of flavor. AlbertCahalan 16:33, 4 May 2005 (UTC)

Okay, but you would want to discourage people storing them on a sunny window sill, for example. I've changes it to a cool room temperature. As I've rewritten almost all of the first paragraph, I just went with what my spell checker suggested (but not in the next paragraph). (_Donovan|Geocachernemesis|^Interact) 01:50, 5 May 2005 (UTC)
