Cookbook talk:Toad In The Hole
From Wikibooks, the open-content textbooks collection
This needs a better description of how-to, plus better categorization. Though I've eaten toad in the hole (a vegan one anyway), I'm not quite sure what to call it. In American english, it can't be called a "pudding" but I'm not sure of any other term that fits. Perhaps "pudding (english)"? Shrug. Kellen T 18:41, 23 August 2005 (UTC)
- Kellen: It's not called a pudding - the recipe just means it uses the same batter as a Yorkshire pudding (which of course isn't a pudding in the normal sense of the word either, but that's my lovely country for you.) I'll put in a link to reflect this but it still could do with a bit more doing to it. I'm just not the one to do it because I came here to find out how to cook it! --Tgoose 18:09, 10 November 2005 (UTC)
