From a cookbook linked to the 1st. fleet to Australia. Soak 4ozs dried rosehips.Boil in pint of water with lemon rind,cloves,cinnamon until soft then sieve.make 2oz.brown rue& slowly add to soup sweeten add wine serve hot.Sorry no other measurments.
