Do these need to be refrigerated after cooking if to be stored for a few days?
- Good question. I never have, and I've left them out for as long as 6 days before consuming. Their 'spoilability' should be about the same as any other brownie or bar cookie if fully cooked. I do keep them covered once they're cool to keep them from drying out and to reduce the amount of mold spores and such getting on them. I usually don't have them for more than a day or two (chocoholics and beer geeks abound in my universe). Of course, standard disclaimer applies (YMMV). If you make 'em, let me know how they turn out. The recipes says "4 Large Eggs", then at the end it says "1 Large Egg". Which is it? --147.124.152.117 05:05, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
