The recipe stated 256°F as the temperature. But the stage described sounds like hard crack which is not 256°F. Since this is taffy, we can expect it should be either soft crack or hard crack. Therefore, I have changed the temperature to the temperature range for hard crack. Nil Einne 14:17, 25 April 2006 (UTC)
