This recipe should be renamed as Mixed paella, made with chicken and seafood.

Valencians never mix meat with seafood when making paella. This is a matter of cultural pride for them. There are two and ONLY two types of paella for Valencians: Valencian paella and seafood paella. Valencian paella has no seafood and seafood paella has no meat. The recipe presented here is a mixed paella recipe which I'm sure is delicious but should not be related in any way to Valencian culture. Moby-Dick4000 (talk) 02:45, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
