No. You must eat tofu! You are required to like it too. Although the list of garnishes says things like "shrimp" and "clams", it is intended that you carve these items out of tofu. I suggest having tofu, tofu, tofu, tofu, tofu, tofu, tofu, tofu, seaweed, and tofu. :-) AlbertCahalan 03:54, 19 July 2006 (UTC)
If you don't like tofu that much, it can be left out. But that's fairly silly; tofu is healthy and provides a nice texture in miso soup. Better than leaving it out would be to learn to develop your palate a little more. Jade Knight (talk) 18:10, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
