[edit] Vegetarian version

Just added a link (via references) to a vegetarian version of Mapo Doufu. That changes is reflected in the last 3 edits (took me a couple tries to test it & get it right) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 202.86.139.194 (talkcontribs) 2007-09-06T22:30:22.

Thanks, I've moved that reference to Notes, tips, variations because it isn't part of the standard recipe. Webaware talk 03:55, 7 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Order of ingredients

I reordered the ingredients so that they are in order of use. This is a fairly normal way to write ingredients in recipes. Quillaja (talk) 23:34, 26 April 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Servings

About how many servings does this recipe make? That info should be included in the recipe. For me, it makes 2 servings, but I'm kinda a big eater, and so serving sizes are almost always too small for me. =P Quillaja (talk) 23:38, 26 April 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Amount of sauce or liquid in this recipe

I've made this recipe twice now, and followed the instructions exactly, but I've found that when I'm finished, the mapo tofu generally seems not to have much of a 'sauce' or 'liquid' portion, as is shown in the picture. Just my observation. The original author might want to change this. It's still tasty in the original form. Quillaja (talk) 23:41, 26 April 2009 (UTC)
