We british people think you should remove the unnecessary amphersand (&) from the title. Such in the way of Spaghetti Bolognaise, Spaghetti Carbonara.

The colloquial title of the dish is "Macaroni and cheese", for which the ampersand is an abbreviation. We cannot call it "Macaroni cheese", because that doesnt make alot of sense. --Whiteknight (talk) (projects) 02:02, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

Not exactly identical-- this one includes tabasco sauce in the list of ingredients (but it isn't used) and calls for red instead of yellow onion...
