The measurements here are questionable and the "prod" part of "time" makes no sense to me. Kellen T 03:46, 6 August 2005 (UTC)

Agreed - how does this render only one or two servings?! --<IP> (talk) 06:37, 9 July 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Vodka?

Vodka? Why use vodka for limoncello? I mean, never seen this here in Italy. Well, world is beautiful 'cause is varied —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 213.140.17.109 (talkcontribs) 2007-06-28T08:06:38.

Good point. Limoncello can be made from a variety of alcohols, but some of the best is made with pure spirit - like the Everclear sold in the USA - and diluted back as appropriate. It can also be made with grappa, for a darker limoncello with other flavour contributors. Would you care to update the recipe with your thoughts? Webaware talk 23:32, 27 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Webtender

The recipe seems to have been taken wholesale from Webtender. They do not claim copyright on individual recipes, so it's not a copyvio that needs to be removed, but it still seems like it would be a good idea to adapt it better to this site. Improving the grammar would be a good start. As well as changing the recipe to better match the classic method, as the comment above indicates. Ben Brockert 10:32, 14 July 2007 (UTC)
