This module uses text adapted from the public domain US Department of Agriculture article FOCUS ON: LAMB . . . from Farm to Table.

I thought it seemed a bit strange that the second sentence referred to US spring lamb. I've removed "In the US, if the phrase Spring Lamb is on a meat label, it means the lamb was produced between March and October, but lamb is available all the time," since this is an international resource. Maybe it could be reintroduced as part of a more global description.
