This recipe is for the fukusazushi omelette wrapper. Users of the cookbook should be aware that the accompanying illustration shows inari made with a tofu wrapper, which is overwhelmingly the most common form of inarizushi. --Haruo 18:44, 24 June 2006 (UTC)
