Gazpacho is a Spanish recipe which originated in Andalucia. The authentic gazpacho recipe is Andaluz and I think wikibooks should reflect that. The addition of chilli is a Latin American innovation, and I think should just be mentioned as an aside. 87.127.73.65 21:04, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
